Of all the new stimulating house sounds taking over the dance floor, music of Swanky Tunes ranks among the most noteworthy. Formed in 1998, the Russian group consists of members Vadim, Dmitry, and Stanislav. After experimenting with different electronic styles they decided to pursue their own marriage of sounds. Influenced by the French-house scene, Swanky Tunes' signature blend of techno and electro 80's mixed with vintage synthesizers has made them a crowd favorite. Their first worldwide vinyl single “The Game/Life Focus” attracted recognition of Russian critics and was supported by many DJs including Kris Menace, Patrick Alavi, Mason, and Delphine Queme. Swanky Tunes was named "Best Musical Group" in 2006 and 2007 at the Russian Dance Music Awards. In 2011, they released one of the most played club tracks, "Sending My Love," with R3hab & Max’C. The song quickly took over the dance music scene and since then, the funky trio has received the interest of some of the biggest names in the DJ world such as Tiesto, David Guetta, Sander Van Doorn, and Laidback Luke. In 2012, the trio launched their own Showland Label and scheduled their first big tour for 2013 to promote this latest project. With the success of their new music, radio show, and upcoming performances, Swanky Tunes is quickly making their way at becoming a household name in the EDM industry.
