The English producer who has worked under the aliases Out of Office, Warrior, Acadia, M1 and M3 is still best known internationally by his legal name, Michael Woods. The European professional progressive house, big room house and trance DJ was classically trained as a child. Learning how to play the piano, guitar, drums and trumpet at a young age influenced Woods to later join the London Symphony Orchestra, which later led to his experiments with the new frontier of electronic music. He broke onto the EDM scene is 2003. Among other musical accomplishments, Woods’ commercially successful production for Example’s “Changed the Way You Kissed Me” became an international hit after release. Woods is a respected remixer as well as producer. One of his best known remixes was for Deadmau5 & Chris Lake’s “I Said.” He is the founder of Diffused Music imprint label and has released tracks under Mau5trap and Ministry of Sound record labels as well. With residencies in Las Vegas and Ibiza as well as at the legendary Ministry of Sound club in the UK, and sets at festivals such as Electric Zoo and Ultra Music Festival in Miami, Michael Woods is known among the industry leaders and will continue to create quality music for the EDM community.
