Josh Young (also known under DJ alias J2K) and Curt Cameruci (also known as Autobot) have joined forced to create the DJ duo, Flosstradamus. Active since 2006, this trap-star team has created original hits as well as released official remixes for popular artists such as Sub Focus and RJD2. Only one year into the game, Flosstradamus went on tour with major producer, Chromeo.

Flosstradamus has become an icon in the EDM industry for their innovative sound and unique fashion style. The hip-hop and EDM fusion that Flosstradamus has helped to evolve has created a new format of partying. The “BANNED” and “BANNED 2” extended mixes were among the first sets to showcase the trap trend and the sub-genre’s artists. The first original “BANNED” sampled tracks and remixes from Baauer, RL Grime, and UZ as they became the founding fathers of trap. These DJs can be credited with being one of the first duos to mix the non-discriminatory and interpretive EDM vibe with the stylized, rhythmic structure of hip-hop, creating a sub-genre to appeal to a whole new demographic of EDM fans.

Flosstradamus tours internationally, and has played major festivals such as Ultra, Coachella, Rothbury, and Lollapalooza among others. They have released tracks with Fool’s Gold, Mad Decent, and Green Label Sound record labels and rumors of a third “BANNED” extended mix have been leaked online.
