In addition to producing electronically iconic hits like “IDGAFOS” and “Masta Blasta,” Dillon is known for being obsessed with the World Wide Web. His Twitter bio reads, “Welcome to the internet. I’m Dillon Francis and I will be your guide” and his Wikipedia occupation listing has been curiously changed to “Galactic Lord of Moombah;” which we can assume was his doing. The 25-year-old, Los Angeles-based producer has released tracks on Dim Mak, Mad Decent, and OWSLA record labels, as well as releasing videos on the recently premiered Youtube network, Potato Will Eat You. His most recent music video release for Bootleg Fireworks features a bobblehead Dillon as the main characters, supporting characters, and backup dancers. He also seems to enjoy photo-editing his face onto other photos, such as this Instagram post from Christmas day and an odd photo captioned simply with “#dillpickle.” This Dub/Trap/Moombah master has been linked to other major electronic artists such as Diplo, who has been credited with helping Dillon gain mass attention, and Dave Nada, who is credited as the father of Moombahton.
